From when it was introduced the system Deposyta we started to use the return of the inserts used, and already in the first months we have experienced a significant reduction in consumption; we have also reduced the stocks without using a person dedicated to the control.
It was not necessary to replace warehouseman retired.

We have reduced significantly the "proliferation" of the inserts used in our production units by substantially reducing the time to change the tools with a consequent increase in the efficiency of the machines. Currently all our operators take directly the tools (inserts, etc....) from Deposyta, and, as a result, we have lowered significantly the workload of our warehousemen/floor managers. Thanks to the control on consumption (possible through the statistics integrated in the software ) we have managed to control the level of our stock, monitoring the purchases..
